A limited number of rooms have been reserved for the evenings of May 8-9, 2013, at a rate of $219 per night for a single or double room plus taxes. Room reservations must be made by April 22, 2013 and you must specify that you are with "MDV" when making your reservations to receive the discounted rate. Rates will be honored three days before and three days after the conference dates, based on guestroom and rate availability.

Three major airports serve the greater Washington area. Reagan National (DCA) and Dulles (IAD) are each about a 25 minute drive from Tysons Corner and Baltimore (BWI) is just over an hours drive. Taxi’s, rental cars and shuttles are available at all airports.
